About the Artist
It was not always my dream to become a professional Digital Illustrator, although it is my one true dream.
I grew up with the decision that I was going to be a performer in the musical arts - namely Broadway. I love drama and music, having been in many small-town productions as well as district and state choirs. At this point in my life, art was nothing more than a hobby that I greatly enjoyed and an outlet for my thoughts.

But my self-confidence was lacking, neither music nor art being something I thought I could successfully pursue.

I graduated with a bachelors degree in Food Science with a minor in Biology in 2019. I had worked in the food industry for a little under two years when I decided that it wasn't what I actually wanted to do with my life.

I love to create, to fashion lines and colors into characters with stories of their own. It fills me with joy to see others' characters coming to life and it was one of the main reasons I decided to take freelance work.

My favorite part of commission work is learning about my clients' characters. Being new to the artistic scene, I haven't worked on as many characters as established creators, but from the few I have worked on, It has been a joy. Each character has been unique, their backstories and circumstances enthralling. I focus on incorporating such details into my pieces as characters are more than just what they look like. Even if you do not commission me, feel free to tell me about your characters. I love hearing about them!

In terms of personal work, I enjoy depicting elegance, mainly angels - although, not biblical ones. Character design is always a big part of my personal work, many thumbnails of various appearances and outfits sketched out before a final creation is realized.

I'm not one to go on about myself, but I hope that you have enjoyed my story. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me, be it for commission work, advice, or simply to chat. Thank you for taking the time to get to know my story.
